This notice explains what personal data AI Pioneer collects when you use the contact form on aipioneer.no, why, and what rights you have.
Data controller
AI Pioneer (org. no. 935 922 151), Rennesøygata 12, 5537 Haugesund, Norway, is the data controller for the personal data collected through the contact form on aipioneer.no.

What data we collect
When you fill out and submit the contact form on aipioneer.no, we record what you enter yourself: full name, email address, an optional company name, and the content of your message.
We do not collect any other personal data through the website. aipioneer.no uses no cookies, analytics tools or tracking technology of any kind.
Why we process this data
The data is used solely to respond to your inquiry and, where relevant, to follow up on further dialogue about a project or assignment.
The legal basis is the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Article 6(1)(b), to respond to a request prior to a possible agreement, and Article 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest in answering inquiries sent to us.
How the message is processed
The form sends your data directly as an email to AI Pioneer's own inbox, via a third-party email delivery service. The message is not stored in any database of our own — it exists only in our ordinary email correspondence afterwards, and is then handled like any other business correspondence.
Where the use of such a third-party service involves transferring data outside the EU/EEA, this takes place in accordance with applicable data protection rules for such transfers.
How long we keep the data
We keep emails from the contact form for as long as is natural to follow up on the inquiry and any further dialogue, and delete them once they are no longer relevant. You can ask us to delete a previous inquiry at any time.
Your rights
You have the right to access the data we hold about you, the right to have inaccurate data corrected, the right to erasure, the right to restrict processing, and the right to object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority, Datatilsynet (datatilsynet.no), if you believe the processing does not comply with the rules.
